Large and Small Retail

AWA specializes in large grocery-anchored retail centers.  We have completed over 500 large retail centers in the western United States.  Our projects range from 5 to 50 acres and typically include a grocery store or similar-sized anchor tenant.

AWA is involved with all aspects of design for these sites. We typically work directly for the retailer or developer.  Our goal with any project is to treat it as if we are the owners.  This is especially important for retail centers where every square foot of space is critical to the success of the project.
